  1. Why is it free for candidates?

    Because the people we represent should never wonder whose side we are on. Companies pay us, once, only when they hire, and that is the only revenue we want.

  2. What does the company fee look like?

    A single placement fee, agreed in writing before the search starts. No retainers, no volume contracts, no surprise add-ons. If we don't introduce the person you hire, you don't pay.

  3. Are my conversations private?

    Yes. Nina never shares what you tell her without your explicit consent. See the privacy page for the full posture.

  4. What if I am not actively looking?
